Electronic tensile testing machine is a commonly used testing equipment that can be used to detect key performance indicators such as tensile strength, elongation, and breaking force of container flexitanks. The testing principle is as follows:
Sample clamping: Clamp the liquid bag sample between the two chucks of the clamp.
Relative movement: The two chucks move relative to each other, triggering the stretching process of the specimen.
Sensor collection: Through the force sensor located on the movable chuck and the displacement sensor built into the machine, the force changes and displacement changes during the test are collected.
Calculation analysis: Based on the collected data, calculate the tensile, tear, deformation rate and other performance indicators of the sample to evaluate the tensile strength of the liquid bag.
Solve the leak problem
Through the tensile strength test, the material performance and structural strength of the flexitank can be evaluated, and existing problems can be discovered and improved in a timely manner. In addition, measures such as strengthening quality control during the production process, optimizing the structural design of flexitank bags, and improving the durability of materials are also key to solving the leakage problem.
